GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS EVERELMUS
ROOM RATE & TOURIST TAX |
The rates agreed when making your reservation will apply to your booking.Breakfast is included in the room rate. All charges include VAT and are displayed and settled in local currency.For non-refundable rates, full payment must be made in advance. For other rates, all other charges will be settled upon check-in or check-out. Tourist tax applies to all reservations.
ROOMS |
The maximum occupancy of a double room is 2 people, the coach house can accommodate 4 people. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
BREAKFAST |
During the week et breakfast is served at the table ek from 8:00 to 10:30. On weekends, breakfast is served from 8:15 to 10:30.
CHECK-IN |
Check-in is possible from 16:00 onwards. In case of an early arrival, you are welcome to come to EVERELMUS. We will do our best to arrange an early check-in, if available. Should this not be possible, we will gladly store your luggage.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your planned time of arrival. If you arrive after 22:00, it is essential to contact us. This prevents a no-show and associated costs and allows us to provide you with the access instructions to your room.
No-show Policy |
If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation, the full amount of the booking, including taxes, will be charged to your credit card. Please note that if there is no check-in before 22:00, the system will automatically register your reservation as a ‘no-show’. In this case, the reservation will be cancelled but the payment obligation for the full amount, including taxes, will remain in force.If you expect to arrive after 22:00, please inform us in time. This will allow us to reserve the room for you and provide you with the necessary access instructions.
CHECK-OUT |
Check-out is possible until 11:00. If you have not checked out by 11:00, late check-out charges may apply. If you have not checked out by 3pm, we may charge an extra night. Open balances will be charged to your credit card.
Late check-out
Depending on availability, late check-out is possible at an additional charge
BAGGAGE |
It is possible to leave your luggage free of charge on the day of check-out. Just contact us and we will keep it for you in our luggage room.
INVOICE |
An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of reservation or check-in. Invoices cannot be changed after check-out. Any hotel bill from Dijver 15 BV shall be considered as definitively accepted by the customer if no reasoned protest is served by registered letter within 8 days of receipt of the hotel bill. Any hotel bill which remains unpaid on its due date shall, ipso jure, and without prior notice of default, bear agreed interest of 1% per month from its due date until the day of effective and full payment. In addition, any hotel bill which remains unpaid on its due date shall automatically, and without prior notice, be subject to a fixed penalty of 15% of its gross amount, with a minimum of 62 euros.
AGE |
If you are a minor and are not accompanied by someone aged 18 or over, Dijver 15 BV reserves the right to evict you from the hotel.
PETS are not allowed | Food and parties are not allowed in the rooms
COMPULSORY NON-SMOKING |
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and the entire house, Tampering with the fire alarm and/or smoking will always result in a fine of €350 (three hundred and fifty euros).
Any damage to rooms/house caused by your presence during the stay , and/or establishing missing pieces upon your departure will be charged to your credit card on file.
DAMAGE TO HIGH-END GUESTHOUSE EVERELMUS |
Any damage to rooms or the hotel grounds caused by You or your party during the stay , and missing items on your departure will be charged to your credit card on file.
VALUABLES AND LOST PROPERTY |
You acknowledge and agree that Dijver15 BV cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. If you leave anything behind, it is your own responsibility to retrieve it.
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS ( free of charge) |
Our wireless network is provided without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that access to our wireless network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or meet your requirements at all times. We are not responsible for the security, integrity, accuracy or completeness of any information you transmit or receive while using our wireless network. Our wireless network is provided to you at our sole discretion. Your access may be blocked, suspended or terminated for any reason.
RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHY |
Any audio and video recording, photo-shoot, reproduction or display of images, including the hotel's buildings and grounds other than for strictly private use, requires our prior approval. Permission can be obtained by contacting us.
LIABILITY |
Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount of the charges you have paid to us, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited by law. We will also not be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
GOVERNING LAW |
Dijver 15 BV will not be liable or pay any compensation for failure to provide contracted services due to circumstances beyond our control, (natural) disasters, fire, (war) actions and terrorism, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions, strikes, riots, civil unrest, government regulations or other catastrophic events, circumstances or emergencies that make it impossible, illegal or impossible for guests to stay at Everelmus.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION |
These terms and conditions and all bookings made pursuant thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
